Change to Refund & Cancellation Policy
At 24eFilings, we take pleasure in the services we provide and pledge that you will be happy with both our support and services. We work to continuously develop and provide the greatest online secretarial, financial, and accounting services. However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our services, kindly get in touch with us right away. We'll make things right, give you a refund, or give you credit that can be applied to future 24eFilings transactions.
Refund Policy
The fees paid in advance are kept by 24eFilings in a customer account once a payment of fees is made to the company. In exchange for working on a client's concern, 24eFilings will be paid fees. In the course of an engagement, 24eFilings receives payments at varying rates and intervals based on the achievement of certain milestones (e.g. providing client portal access, assigning a relationship manager, obtaining DIN, Filing forms, etc.,). Since the materials and labor hours used to offer the service are non-returnable by their very nature, a refund for an earned fee cannot be given. Additionally, we are unable to refund or credit any money that was paid to governmental bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in the execution of your purchase. 24eFilings' liability for refunds is always limited to the amount of the client's fee.
Procedure for Requesting Refund
Please make your request for a refund to the appropriate engagement manager in the relevant chat channel. Refund requests must be submitted 60 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests that are more than 60 days old won't be honored, and only credit will be given for services that are finished or changed. After we have all the information needed to process the refund, such as the justification for the refund, the bank information for the processing request, etc., we will finish processing your refund request within 4 to 5 weeks.
Change of Service
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to seek a change of service if you want to switch from the one you originally ordered. You will get credit to your 24eFilings account for the original service's purchase price less any earned fees and any sums paid to governmental bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties involved in completing your order. Any other 24eFilings service may be purchased with the remaining credit.
Standard Pricing
In accordance with 24eFilings' usual pricing policy, no additional service cost is ever requested. The standard pricing policy, however, does not apply when a client's total payment to 24eFilings increases because of an increase in the government fee, a fee incurred by the client for the completion of legal documentation, or a fee incurred by the client for resubmitting forms to the government after they were initially rejected. Any additional expenses made by the customer in connection with the performance of the service are not covered by 24eFilings' obligations or liability.
Factors Outside our Control
The results or outcome of any specific procedure cannot be guaranteed by us. For instance, the government might deny a trademark application due to extenuating circumstances not related to 24eFilings. In some instances, a government backlog or issues with the platforms used by the government (such as the MCA website, the Income Tax website, or the FSSAI website) can cause significant delays before your process is finished. Force Majeure
24eFilings shall not be considered in breach of its Satisfaction Guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the Client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force Majeure Event").
Cancellation Fee
Our guarantee only covers satisfaction concerns caused by 24eFilings – not changes to your situation or your state of mind. This is because we are incurring costs and devoting time, people, technical resources, and effort to your service or document production. If you ask us to put off processing a service, we'll store the money you've already paid for it in your account until you're ready to start it.
We reserve the right to use our best efforts to complete the service before processing any refunds. A cancellation fee of 20% plus the earned fee and the fee paid to the government would be applied if you were dissatisfied with the service. The cancellation fee would not be charged in the event of a service change.
